Our Mission
The Quebec Transgenic Research Network was created in 2004 owing to an initial financial contribution from Valorisation-Recherche Québec (VRQ) and the collaboration of six (6) institutional members. Since 2008, the QTRN has became a Fonds de la Recherché en Santé du Québec (FRSQ) thematic network and continues to pursue its mandate to offer high quality and affordable tools and services to the scientific community by uniting and strengthening genetically modified animal research in Quebec.
