The infectious diseases phenotyping technological platform is accessible to researchers working in the academic domain using murine models with the intention to increase our comprehension of the predisposition to infection and facilitate the discovery of genes that play a major role in the treatment of infectious diseases.
Service requestThe project manager and organization committee members will act as consultants to guide the researcher for the appropriate phenotyping choice for its project. For a request, please contact: info@rrtq.orgAcademic CostThe phenotyping costs vary according to the type of infection. Phenotyping costs including the collection of tissues and the estimation of the microbial load in the targeted organs are on average of 25$ by mouse for an experience lasting over a period of 2 weeks. For projects involving a longer time span, a cost of $1 per mouse per day will be added. The purchase costs of the control animals are excluded.
